Weekly Roundup: June 8-14
It's June and it's Swift Campout season! Swift Campout is a global overnight bike-camping adventure happening June 20–21 (the longest day of the year). Swift Campout is about adventure, community, and discovering the simple joy of traveling by bike.
There will be two options in Raleigh for the campout:
- TBL + GGC will be hosting a campout out to River Farm On The Neuse River Trail. This will be a 40 mile round trip on greenway. Click the button below for more details and to sign up!
- Oak City Cycling will be hosting a campout out to the Youth Tent Site at Umstead State Park. It will be a 28 mile rund trip on greenway.
Whichever one you decide to attend there will be a Bikepacking 101 session at the GGC Container on Sunday June 14th at 10am to help you prep! This will be a great opportunity to ask all of the questions and practice loading your gear!

Thursday 06/11 - Sweat Series: Bike ride with TBL
As part of the West End Summer Sweat Series join us for a bike ride around Raleighs Greenways! The bike ride will be 8-10 miles about 10mph pace. This is a friendly no drop ride. All are welcome! Sign up for the ride here. Check out our Strava group for more details and updates!
Friday 06/12 - Live Music with Tanner Hunt at TBL
Join us for TBL after hours with live music by Tanner Hunt. Tanner writes 90s country/folk with a modern edge, she writes songs that feel lived-in and honest. TBL will have slow bar as well as wine and beer for a suggested donation.

Sunday 06/14 - Java Jazz with Garret Hitmar Trio
This will be the last week Garret Hitmar Trio will be popping up at TBL for Jazz 2-4pm. Come and hang!
