Weekly Roundup: April 27-May3

This week we start rolling into Raleigh's Bike Month! May is the month we celebrate all things bikes. Oaks and Spokes has created a website with ALL of the Bike Month related events in the City of Raleigh, check it out below!

We do have all of the Bike Month events on our GGC Calendar along with all of the weekly staple rides, check out our calendar below!

On to this weeks events!

Monday 4/27 Craft Night at the TBL Cafe 6:30-8pm

Every last Monday of the month, we are making it a regular occurrence!

Friday 5/1 Bike Bonanza at Dix Park 4:30-6:30pm

Bike Bonanza is the annual kick-off for the City of Raleigh’s Bike Month celebrations! This year includes: A bike tune-up station, a bike decorating station hosted by vendors, free helmets, free e-bike test rides, a guided ride led by Oaks and Spokes, event t-shirts, popsicles for the first 150 guests!

GGC and TBL will be tabling providing safety checks!

Friday 5/1 First Friday Art Night at the TBL Cafe 6-8pm

Join us at the Bike Library Cafe for a First Friday Art Night! We will be showcasing art by small local artists. There will be art for sale, beverages to be drank, music to be listened to, and vibes to be had. Bring a friend and spread the word!

Sunday 5/3 House Plant Workshop at the TBL Cafe 10-11:30am

Have you ever been curious about how to propagate a plant? or how to plant a propagation? Join us for a hands on session! Bring your own pot and if you don't have one we will have extra! Spots are limited so sign up ASAP
